Stručno usavršavanje (Zimsak Škola-IVSS) Profesora Sportova na Snegu

Na Kopaoniku od 23-26 marta 2017 realizovana je Stručni skup(Zimska Škola) i seminar (IVSS) usavršavanja za profesore sporta i fizičkog vaspitanja. Na skupu je prisustvovalo oko 20 profesora budućih učesnika i edukatora sportova na snegu. Program stručnog skupa se odnosio na nove skijaške trendove u okviru škola i univereziteta. Zakljičak je da je velika ekspanzija skijanja u našoj zemlji, takođe moramo biti spremni da profesorski kadar bude nosioc razvoja zimskog sporta u našim ski-centrima. Predavanje iz oblasti bezbednosti opreme realizovao je prof Dragan Micić (međunarodni ski serviser), posle predavanja imali smo diskusiju na temu uloga profesora FSFV na organizaciji i realizaciji programa nastave skijanja u školama.Kao i prezencacija UPS(Tina Maze) sistema koji je realizovao Sandi Murovec. Takođe bila je tema i rasprava o novom zakonu o sportu (2016)gde se vidi tačno da sa korisnicima; decom i omladinom do 16 g. mogu da rade samo profesori sporta i fizičkog vaspitanja koji su stručno osposobljeni.Saradnici Prof.dr Ljubiša Lilić i Emilija Petković,prisustvovali smo na predavanjima Međunarodne Koferencije(2017) na Kopaoniku, gde smo slušali predavanja profesora FSFV iz oblasti skijanja i zdravih stilova života. Demostratori seminara i Zimske škole na (Kopaonik) Zoran Žugić,prof. i Vlado Stijepović,prof.

On Kopaonik from March 23-26, 2017, the Expert Meeting (Winter School) and the seminar (IVSS) for professional and physical education teachers were realized. About 20 professors of future participants and snow sports educators attended the event. The program of the conference was related to the new ski trends within schools and univeriences. The fact is that there is a great expansion of skiing in our country, we also have to be ready for the professional staff to be the bearer of the development of winter sports in our ski centers. After the lecture, Prof. Dragan Micić (international ski service provider) delivered a lecture on the safety of equipment. After the lecture, we discussed the theme of the professor FSFV on the organization and implementation of skiing programs in schools. As well as the presentation of UPS (Tina Maze) system implemented by Sandi Murovec . It was also a topic and discussion about the new Sports Act (2016) where it is seen exactly with the users; children and youth up to 16 g. only professors of sports and physical education who are professionally trained can work only. SEMINAR USAVRŠAVANJA SORTOVA NA SNEGU U ŠKOLAMA I UNIVEREZITETU(IVSS) International Association Snowsports at Schools and Universities KOPAONIK 26-29.MART.2015 Na kopaoniku je realizovan seminar usavršavanja gde su učestvovali 25 profesora sporta i fizičke kulture seminar je imao cilj da nastavu skijanja u školama i fakultetima podignemo na veći nivo. Seminar je bio usmeren ka organizaciji programa predškolske i školske dece, bezbednosti učesnika skijanja, koodeks i pravila ponašanja na stazama, povrede na snegu i servisiranje,bezbednost i održavanje ski opreme.Uz organizaciju delegata IVSS Vlada Stijepovića,prof, Fakulteta FSFV Niš prof.dr.Aleksandra Joksimovića katedra Skijanje i prof.dr.Ljubiše Lilića FSFV Leposavić koji su svoje iskustvo preneli na polaznike kroz teoretski i praktični deo na snegu.Seminar je imao i cilj popularisanje sportova na snegu u našoj zemlji kao sam cilj skijanje kroz turističku ponudu naših ski centara, tako da planiramo svake godine da menjamo ski destinaciju. U planu je da pripremimo Kongres IVSS za 2016 godinu koji se organizuje prvi put u našoj zemlji i regionu. Konkurs za kandidaturu organizaciju ski centra Kongresa(IVSS) biće blagovremeno raspisan.
SEMINARTRAINING variety on SNOW IN SCHOOLS AND UNIVEREZITETU(IVSS) International Association Snowsports at Schools and UniversitiesKOPAONIK 26-29.MART.2015 on Kopaonik has implemented training seminar which was attended by 25 professors of Sports and Physical Education seminar aimed to teaching skiing in schools and colleges raise to a higher level. The seminar was aimed at the organization of the program and preschool children, the safety of participants skiing, koodeks and rules of conduct on the slopes, snowboarding injuries and servicing, safety and maintenance of ski equipment. With the organization delegates IVSS Vlado Stijepovic, Professor, Faculty FSFV Niš prof.dr .Aleksandra Joksimovića department Skiing and prof.dr.Ljubiše Lilić FSFV Leposavic who transfer their experience to the students through theoretical and practical part in the snow. Srpsko udruženje učitelja i trenera sportova na snegu (Serbian association of snowsports instructors - SASI) na čelu sa presednikom Udruženja Vladom Stijepovićem, od 16-19.marta 2019, uzelo je učešće na kongresu Interski koji je održan u bugarskom ski centru Pamporovo.Naša delegacija je imala prezentaciju na bordu IVSS - Međunarodne asocijacije sportova na snegu u školama i univerzitetima (International Association Snowsports at Schools and Universities), koju je prezentovala članica Milica Cvetković.Na kongresu je bilo i 15 članova Ski kluba Miđžor Pirot koji su prisustvovali svim naučnim i stručnim word shopovima iz oblasti savremene problematike skijanja."Smatramo da je naša zemlja na dobrom putu da postane članica Interskija koja je kapa strukovnih skijaških organizacija. Veoma smo zadovoljni sa domaćinom Kongresa koji su nam izašli u susret oko samog protokola i toka programa aktivnosti na Kongresu. Planiramo da postanemo članovi Interskija Internacional do sledećeg Kongresa koji se održava u Finskoj 2023.g." - izjavio je za Skijanje.rs Vlado Stijepović.

Serbian Association of Teachers and trainers of sports on snow (Serbian association of snowsports instructors - SASI), headed by the president of the Association of Government Stijepović from 16-19.marta 2019 took part in the Interski Congress which was held in the Bulgarian ski resort Pamporovo. Our delegation made a presentation to the board of IVSS - International Association of Snow Sports in Schools and Universities (International Association Snowsports at Schools and Universities), which was presented by a member Milica Cvetković. At the congress there were 15 members of the Ski Club Miđžor Pirot who attended all the scientific and professional shops word on contemporary issues skiing.& # 34; We believe that our country is on track to become a member Interskija that professional ski cap organizations. Skiing, as a complex motor skill, represents the "golden key" in the hands of a professional, for the comprehensive development of the personality of children with disabilities.This was stated by Rada Kukolj Savić, professor of sport and physical education from the "Power of Movement" Association in her lecture on Challenges, Difficulties and Specificities in the Implementation of Skiing Training for Children with Developmental Disabilities.The lecture was held within the Winter School - seminars for the certification of obtaining the international license of university and school instructors in the international system - IVSS (for professors of sports and physical education) from 20-23. in March 2019, took place on Kopaonik.Rada Kukolj Savić has 20 years of experience working with children with special needs. After the lecture, she and the participants of the seminar opened a discussion in an attempt to get the right picture of the activities of children with special needs in schools.This is the first time that such a program is implemented through the Institute for the Advancement of Education - ZUOV for sports professors and physical education in the realization of skiing. The lecture was realized for the first time for Instructors of the skiing at the Course in the period from March 22 to 31, 2019. It was very useful for ski instructors to get acquainted with this topic.This lecture is just the beginning of the implementation of ski training programs for children with special needs.Subjects:Challenges, difficulties and specificities in the realization of ski training in children with disabilitiesThe development of children is not a matter of innate capacity or limitations of the child itself, but rather the result of the child's childbearing, care and care that he receives within his family and community, or the incentives and support he receives from other public educational and educational institutions. The processes of growth and development of the child, maturation and learning take place with the mutual influences of biological, psychological and social factors.Physical activity is the main precondition for maturing the child and is the basic means by which a child achieves certain goals. "Children with disabilities are more likely to encounter obstacles that make it difficult for them to join the community.Significant developmental disabilities can be manifested in one or more development domains, in the areas of the development of senses, physical, mental, speech-language and socio-emotional functions.Skiing, as a complex motor skill, represents the "golden key" in the hands of a professional, for the comprehensive development of the personality of children with disabilities.From learning through the improvement of skiing techniques, children with developmental difficulties other than motor skills, encourage and enhance other aspects of personality.Depending on the type, degree and manifest characteristics of a child with developmental disabilities, in the process of skiing, every child has access to a unique way.The basic characteristic of working with children with disabilities is waiting. Waiting for a child to receive information, waiting for a child to process information in a particular nervous system, and waiting for a child to respond appropriately to the information received.In addition to waiting, patience and verbal support for a child with disabilities develops to persevere in the given activity. The praise must exist not only in the case of a successful performance of the given activity, but also in the effort to invest the activity.Children with disabilities can achieve their greatest benefits through physical activities and powerful sports such as skiing.

Tokom "Expo-Zim 2013" manifestacije na Beogradskom sajmu zaključen je pred UGOVOR o saradnji izmedju Fakulteta sporta i fizičkog vaspitanja (FSFV) u Nišu i organizacije INTERSKI SRBIJA. Ovaj Ugovor su potpisli Vlado Stijepović i Nebojša Mitrović ispred Interskija-Srbije i Aleksandar Joksimović i Zvezdan Savić ispred FSFV Niš u prisustvu Prof.dr Ljubiše Lilića FSFV-Leposavić. Ovo predstavlja nastavak uspešne saradnje koja se odvija već nekoliko godina.FSFV Niš uz FSFV Novi Sad, jedna od prvih visokoškolskih ustanova u Srbiji koja je uočila kao strateški interes za saradnju sa organizacijom INTERSKI SRBIJA kao organizacijom koja u sebi okuplja asocijacije sa članstvom u međunarodnim instruktorskim organizacijama: ISIA-profesionalni instriktori skijanja i IVSS-instruktori u školama i univerzitetima.Ovaj vid saradnje će omogućiti potpisnicama da nastave proces rada na unapređenju sportova na snegu u našoj zemlji.Važno je pomenuti da je i novo rukovodstvo Skijaškog saveza Srbije takođe prepoznalo značaj i kapacitet INTERSKI SRBIJA organizacije, koja i i sama clan Saveza, za unapredenje i razvoj sportova na snegu. Devembar 2017Uzajamni predlog o saradnji institucija koje u svom programu imaju zdrave stilove života, Srpsko udruženje učitelja i trenera sportova na snegu (SASI) i Visoke sportske i zdravstvene škole (VSZŠ) iz Beograda, na sajmu EXPO-ZIM u BG potpisan je sporazum o saradnji, cilj i zadatak je da radimo zajedničkim interesima i popularisanju sportova na snegu u našoj zemlji.Potpisnici sporazuma ispred SASI strukovne organizacije Vlado Stijepović, prof a ispred VSZŠ profesor na fakultetu Prof.dr. Srđan Milosavljević. Plan sporazuma je da studente VSZŠ uključimo u program stručnog osposbljavanja Instruktora sporta i Trenera u okviru sportova na snegu.Potpisivanju sporazuma su prisustvovali naši članovi Rajko Kukolj, prof. i naš proslavljeni reprezentativac u snowbordu Jurica Stanković, prof.

A mutual proposal on the cooperation of institutions that have healthy lifestyles in their program, the Serbian Association of Teachers and Coaches of Snow Sports (SASI) and the High Sports and Health Schools (VSZŠ) from Belgrade, the EXPO-ZIM in BG signed a cooperation agreement, the goal and task is to work with the common interests and popularity of snow sports in our country.
